God said, “You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the water below.”

Can you find any verse saying the cross is an exception which the above God’s commandment cannot be applied?
God said “in the form of anything”. If something has a shape or form whatever it is and we worship it, it’s an merely idol.

All we need to do for our salvation is not to set up the cross for ourselves but to believe Christ Ahnsahnghong and God the Mother who have already come in flesh in order to give us the water of life. (Rev 22:17)

Deau. 27:15 “Cursed is the man who carves an image or casts an idol-a thing detestable to the LORD , the work of the craftsman’s hands-and sets it up in secret.” Then all the people shall say, “Amen!”

Jer. 10:3 For the customs of the peoples are worthless; they cut a tree out of the forest, and a craftsman shapes it with his chisel.
4 They adorn it with silver and gold; they fasten it with hammer and nails so it will not totter.
5 Like a scarecrow in a melon patch, their idols cannot speak; they must be carried because they cannot walk. Do not fear them; they can do no harm nor can they do any good.”

The Cross is a mere tree that is cut out of the forest and shaped by a craftsman’s hands so it is only an idol that has no power and cannot give us salvation.
